Sue Kiernan started her professional career as a speech and language pathologist and then worked her way up through different healthcare executive leadership roles in large healthcare systems. Sue is now a leadership coach who focuses on healthcare. She founded her business, Centered on Success, in 2000, and during that time has coached hundreds of providers, including nurses, Advance Practice Providers, physicians, and leaders at all levels. She is accredited by the International Coach Federation and the Physicians Coaching Institute.
